2.Amankah untuk pengiriman keluar kota?

Tentunya aman! Kami akan selalu berusaha memenuhi standard pengemasan dan memberikan yang terbaik untuk anda sehingga produk akan aman tiba ditangan anda.  Selain itu kami juga memberikan kesempatan untuk anda claim saat barang yang diterima sudah dalam kondisi pecah.

3. Kurir pengiriman apa yang digunakan?

Kami bekerja sama dengan kurir sicepat dan go-send. Alasan kami memilih sicepat tentunya dikarenakan layanan sicepat yang beragam, terjangkau sampai pelosok negri dan juga anda bisa memilih sesuai budget dan kebutuhan anda. Dari Sicepat Best untuk One-day-service maupun Sicepat Reguler. Waktu batas order untuk go-send sampai pukul 12.00 WIB setelahnya akan diproses dikemudian hari. Untuk bulk orders mohon menghubungi team kami melalui Whatsapp ataupun Dm Instagram.

4.Apakah bisa claim jika barang pecah saat diterima?

Kami memberikan claim garansi saat barang yang diterima sudah dalam kondisi pecah. Tapi tentunya harus didukung oleh video unboxing untuk bukti barang yang diterima sudah dalam kondisi pecah dan claim hanya bisa dilakukan 7 hari setelah barang diterima anda bisa segera menghubungi team kami.

5. Reseller / Grosir (Bulk Orders) apa ada harga khusus?

Tentunya ada!­ Untuk Bulk Orders kami akan memberikan potongan sebesar 5% dengan minimum pembelian Rp 1,5 jt dan untuk reseller potongan harga akan diberikan berbeda-beda tergantung dari produk yang dipilih. Untuk Info lebih lanjut mohon menghubungi team kami terkait perihal ini.

6.Apa prosedur untuk manual payment?

Manual Payment berupa Virtual Account melalui BCA dan tidak bisa melalui bank lainnya. Setelah melakukan transaksi, diharuskan mengisi payment confirmation dalam waktu 1x24 jam untuk bukti transaksi agar bisa diproses oleh team kami. Payment melalui Credit Card dll tidak perlu mengisi payment confirmation

2.Is it safe to ship to another city?
Of course it is! We will always try to fulfill the shipping standard and regulation. Not only that, we also will give you a chance if the product you ordered has been found broken when you receive it.

3.Which Shipping Couriers that we partnered with?
We are partnering with our local couriers; sicepat and go-send. The reason we chose sicepat is because of the variety of their services, they also ship throughout the country and you're able to pick based on your budget so does your needs; Sicepat Best (One-Day-Service) or even just the regular one. The time limit for go-send will be up only until 12 AM, more than that your product will be shipped the next day. Lastly, you will be requested to contact our team through Whatsapp or Instagram Direct Message if you want to talk about bulk orders.

4.Can we claim the product if the product was found broken the day we receive it?
We will give you insurance when product that you ordered was found broken the day it arrives, yet it also should be supported with an unboxing video to prove of the whole ordeal. The claim can only be used 7 days after you have received the product, you can immediately contact us if it happens.

5.Is there any special price for reseller/bulk orders?
We sure do! For Bulk Orders we will give you 5% discount with a minimum purchase of Rp. 1.500.000,- and as for resellers, you will be given a different special priced based on the chosen product. Please do contact our team for more detailed information.

6.What's the procedure like for manual payment?
Our manual payment is only available through our BCA Virtual Account and not other banks. After you made the payment, you will be obligated to fill up payment confirmation in 1x24 hours for proof in order to process the order. Meanwhile, you don't have to fill up payment confirmation if you use a Credit Card.
